All our apartments are furnished in a very modern style, are equipped with bathroom – shower, as well as with TV-Sat, W-LAN, Safe, Sofa and each room has a sunny terrace with view to Merano and the mountains.
Apartments: the price is for 2 persons an night. Included the indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, cabin of infrared and shiatsu massage chair.
Prices shown will attract a tourist tax of € 2,90 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure. This fee is not included in the total price.

Storno: Reservation Cancelling: in case of cancelling of the reservation within 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total price will be charged. In case of late arrival, the amount to pay corresponds to the whole price of the bedroom.
We charge for each additional person in the apartment until 5 years € 10,00 and upper 14 years € 30,00 per day.
